1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the DearGuest website and ordering any of our digital invitation services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.
2. Services Provided
DearGuest provides customized, mobile-first digital invitation website design, development, and hosting. Our services include:
- Setup and configuration of the invitation site based on the template selected.
- Hosting the website under a unique slug.
- One (1) round of revisions/edits included in the Standard plan.
- RSVP tracking and CSV/spreadsheet export upon request.
Delivery of the preview link will take between 2 to 5 business days after all necessary details and assets are successfully provided by the customer.
3. User Content & License
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all text, names, dates, photos, and music links submitted to us for the design of your invitation.
By submitting content, you grant DearGuest a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, modify, and host this content solely for the purpose of creating your invitation website. You warrant that you hold all rights and permissions necessary for the content supplied, including photography copyrights and music licensing.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
Services are subject to a one-time fee. The price will be clearly displayed during order placement.
Payments must be made via mobile wallets, bank transfer, or other online payment gateways as outlined in our WhatsApp communications following order submission, before final deployment or preview delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
With the exception of user content provided by you, all designs, template codes, platform assets, graphics, source codes, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of DearGuest. Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the hosted invitation page for your event only.
6. Hosting & Availability
Invitation sites are hosted on reliable cloud hosting providers. Standard hosting lasts for one (1) year from the creation date or until 30 days after the event date, whichever is longer, unless otherwise agreed.
While we aim for over 99% uptime, we do not warrant that hosted pages will be uninterrupted or error-free due to issues beyond our reasonable control or routine maintenance.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DearGuest, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability of DearGuest under any circumstances shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service ordered.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo.
